| My car was stuck in reverse. I couldn't shift it at all. Even though they were booked out to work on my car when it arrived via wrecker to be dropped off they took a moment to take a quick look at my car and discovered what was broke had a safety recall. They notified me and I had to transfer it to a dealer. They saved me time by taking that moment to take a quick look versus letting it sit until they could work on it. I actually was able to get my car back on the road that same day. They have worked on my vehicle before and always call me and discuss what they find and let me know what approximately it's going to cost so I am aware what needs to be done and what it will cost me. |

| My car was experiencing a strange combination of symptoms. When I brought it in Steve took the time and asked a lot of questions to be sure he understood what was going on. They diagnosed the problem and called to let me know the estimate to fix it and how long it would take. It actually took less time and the final cost was less than the estimate. When I picked it up Dave explained all the codes that showed up on the scan and how those codes led them to the diagnosis. The customer service and quality of their work is exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys! |
