| Big Thank You! I broke the valve stem off my front drivers tire and they somehow squeezed the repair into their schedule! I live about 55miles from Duluth and sure didn't want to roll home on the donut. Thank You for explaining what happened and making time to get me back on the road! Definitely 5 stars, highly recommend. |

| Brad's has resolved every maintenance and repair that I've had. Their shop facility, a NAPA shop, is tooled and equipped at above dealer-level for tech and mechanic training for certifications, meaning they might be only shop in the area that is willing and capable for older or more exotic vehicle issues. I do have an EV, but I predict by the time I have one, Brad's will not be challenged. Older vehicles, collector vehicles, where part finds are uncertain, or when manufacturer errors list wrong part numbers - all has ended well for me at Brad's Auto. |

| They did a great job fixing the issues I brought my f150 into the shop for and at least one extra problem as a bonus without asking them to do so! The price was great too. We bring all of our vehicles there and recommend them to everyone who needs help. |

| Love bringing my vehicle here. Fair prices and prompt service. More than once when the shop was backed up and unable to get me in quickly, they offered for me to bring the vehicle by for one of the mechanics to do a quick test drive to determine if they believed the issue to be urgent or something that didn't need immediate attention. It's a little out of the way for me personally but I don't mind the drive because of the overall quality of the service provided. |
